Cambridge is headquartered on a 40-acre tract of land with a nearly 4-acre pond in Fairfield, Iowa. The existing two-story, 40,000 square foot building was completed in late 2005 and designed to house just over 300 employees. The Company continues to expand to better serve the needs of its industry, and Cambridge Building II is anticipated to encompass an additional 40,000 square feet with a tunnel to providing direct access to Building I. The three-story building is planned to house the Company’s growing Customer Service, Marketing, and Advisory Services teams.  The expansion included a New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) transaction to assist with financing the expansion of Cambridge’s headquarters in Southeast Iowa.
