Milk Unlimited Dairy Farms, an 1,800 head dairy operation in rural Cass County, has had a significant impact on Iowa’s dairy industry sparking renewed interest and enthusiasm for milk production in Iowa.   Milk Unlimited Dairy Farm is a state-of-the-art facility having the capabilities to milk 60 cows at once and produce 16,000 gallons of milk for the marketplace every 10 hours.  Due to Milk Unlimited’s size and scale and being environmentally responsive, the new project has also introduced the most sophisticated aeration and manure management system ever utilized in Iowa.  The new dairy began milking its first cows late in 1998 and now employs over 30 people.
