Kehl Management Company received the first gaming license in the State of Iowa in 1990 and now has casinos in Dubuque, Clinton, Burlington-Ft. Madison, Riverside and Larchwood. The two newest entertainment complexes, the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Riverside and the Grand Falls Casino Resort in Larchwood are being recognized for the economic impact and entertainment they bring to the state. The Riverside Casino is the largest employer in Washington County with 750 employees. The Grand Falls Casino employs 525 people and estimates that over 80% of their one million visitors per year are from out-of-state.
